Appointments 

You can book an appointment by either calling the practice on 01794 513100 or emailing the team  reception@heatherstonedental.co.uk, whichever suits you best.

As you can appreciate surgery time is extremely valuable, therefore should you fail to attend for your scheduled appointment a charge will be made for the time that could have been allocated to another patient in need.

We kindly request that at least 24 hours notice is given for any cancellations. Otherwise, a fee of 50% of your appointment time will be charged.

We offer a text and email reminder for appointments. Should you wish to receive these, then please ensure your details are correct with the reception team.

We understand that sometimes this is not possible, however this will be of the discretion of the practice owner and practice manager.
